Moderated by Angel Chia, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy, the panel will bring together family leaders to reflect on the meaning of purpose, how it is discovered, and why it matters for long-term success. Joining Angel is Veronica Colondam, Founder & CEO of YCAB Foundation, alongside other distinguished voices from the global family office community.

Why Angel Chia?

Angel brings over two decades of experience across Taipei, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She has held senior leadership roles at Solomon Smith Barney, ABN Amro, and BNP Paribas before becoming a serial entrepreneur and mentor for next-generation wealth leaders.

Today, as Executive Director of the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy, she is at the forefront of initiatives to build a vibrant global ecosystem for family offices, fostering collaboration, talent development, and knowledge exchange. She is also the founder of NexGenerator, a pioneering family office accelerator designed to prepare Next-Gen to become well-informed principals of their own family structures.

Her perspective combines the rigour of global finance, the innovation of entrepreneurship, and the foresight of education - making her the ideal voice to guide this crucial opening conversation.
