We are pleased to welcome Ann Cooley, CEO & Founder of Pacific Hawk Group, as a speaker at the 7th Annual World Family Office Forum Asia, taking place on 15–16 October 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.
Ann will join the panel discussion “Family Legacy: From Principles to Practice” on 16 October at 9:00 AM HKT, exploring how families can translate their values and principles into practical approaches to succession, governance and long-term continuity.
With experience spanning wealth management, law, succession planning and family mediation, Ann works with ultra-high-net-worth families on complex intergenerational and family matters. Her work focuses on helping families navigate sensitive issues while protecting relationships, preserving wealth and building a lasting family legacy.
Ann is the CEO of Cooley Family Office and Founder of Pacific Hawk Group, which she established in Hong Kong in 1997. She holds a Juris Doctorate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a CFP®, accredited Family Mediator with HKIAC, and Collaborative Practitioner with HKCPG.
Her multidisciplinary perspective brings together financial, legal and interpersonal considerations, reflecting an important reality for family offices: successful succession is not only about transferring wealth, but also about preparing people, relationships and values for the generations that follow.
