We are pleased to confirm Carlota van de Koppel, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Bedrock Group, as a panellist at World Family Office Forum Europe 2026.


Carlota will participate in The Future Family Office: Leadership & Strategy, a closing panel taking place on 9 June 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:10 PM, which looks ahead at how family offices must evolve to meet the operational, strategic, and governance challenges of the coming decade.


As Partner and COO at Bedrock Group, a global multi-family office headquartered in Geneva with offices in London and Monaco, Carlota oversees operations, strategy, and people across a platform managing approximately SFr7 billion in assets. She works closely with the executive leadership team as a strategic advisor, with a particular focus on governance structures, operational excellence, and next-generation development.


Since joining Bedrock in 2016 and becoming Partner in 2023, Carlota has been instrumental in enhancing family governance services and building programs that support long-term family alignment, leadership continuity, and institutional maturity.


The panel will explore key themes including:

  • Adapting governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for growing complexity

  • Professionalising family office operations while preserving family oversight and values

  • Leveraging technology, data, and analytics for efficiency, insight, and risk management

  • Preparing for talent succession, global expansion, and emerging investment opportunities


Carlota’s background spans consulting and finance roles in New York and London, as well as an entrepreneurial venture in Madrid. She holds a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London and an MSc in Management, Organizations, and Governance from the London School of Economics. She is also fluent in Spanish, English, and Dutch, and serves on the advisory council of Horizons, a next-generation network for business owners and investors.


This session will conclude the World Family Office Forum Europe 2026 programme with a strategic and forward-looking discussion, offering practical guidance for family office leaders seeking to build more agile, resilient, and future-ready organizations.
