Dr. Falko Paetzold Confirmed as Speaker at World Family Office Forum Europe 2026

World Family Office Forum | Europe 2026 will take place on 8–9 June 2026 in Montreux, Switzerland, convening family principals, senior family office leaders, and private capital decision makers for two days of focused, peer-led discussion.

Connect Group is pleased to confirm Dr. Falko Paetzold, Managing Director at the Centre for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth, University of Zurich, as a speaker at the World Family Office Forum | Europe 2026. Dr. Paetzold will join the programme for the session “Impact Investing: Intent, Return, and Accountability”, taking place on 9 June 2026, from 9:30 AM to 10:10 AM.

Dr. Paetzold founded and leads the Centre for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) at the University of Zurich, with global offshoots in Singapore and San Francisco. The centre emerged from the Impact Investing for the Next Generation training programme, which he co-initiated at Harvard University.

His experience spans academia and practice, including advisory board roles at Pictet, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), and other leading financial institutions. Previously, he served as a Fellow at Harvard University, a Postdoctoral Researcher at MIT Sloan, a Sustainability Analyst at Bank Vontobel, a Partner at Contrast Capital, and an Assistant Professor at EBS University.

Dr. Paetzold holds a PhD from the University of Zurich and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). At the World Family Office Forum | Europe 2026, his session will explore how family capital can align investment intent with measurable outcomes, while maintaining accountability and competitive returns.
