We are pleased to announce that Grace Chiong, Chief Operating Officer at Harrison Asset Management and its philanthropic arm, Karim Family Foundation, will join the speaker line-up for the 7th Annual World Family Office Forum | Asia, taking place on 15–16 October 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

Grace brings extensive experience across family office operations, private wealth management, investment reporting, regulatory compliance and strategic business management. In her current role, she oversees operations, liquidity management and regulatory compliance across the family’s investment and philanthropic activities, working closely with family principals and external advisers to support their long-term objectives.

Her responsibilities extend across investment performance reporting and cash management, as well as property and luxury asset management, lifestyle and concierge services.

Prior to joining Harrison Asset Management, Grace was Group COO and part of the founding team at Golden Equator, where she helped scale operations and align strategic objectives across its businesses. Earlier in her career, she held roles in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley Asia, Cambridge Associates Asia and Merrill Lynch, following her start at Citibank as a Management Associate.

The Future Family Office: Structure & Strategy

Grace will join the closing panel on 16 October at 11:40am, alongside fellow family office leaders and industry experts. The panel will look at how family offices can evolve to meet the demands of the next decade, from operating models and professionalisation to technology adoption, leadership and strategic planning.

Discussion will explore questions including:

  • How is the role of the family office evolving beyond investment management?

  • What operating model works best for modern family wealth, internal teams, outsourcing or external advisers?

  • When does scale strengthen a family office, and when can it become a burden?

  • How can family offices professionalise while maintaining their culture, alignment and agility?

  • How is technology changing the way family offices operate, manage risk and make decisions?

The discussion will offer a practical look at what it takes to build a family office that is resilient, agile and prepared for the future.

World Family Office Forum | Asia 2026 brings together family principals, family office executives, investors and leading advisers for two days of insights, private discussion and meaningful connections.
