Kirk Kapital’s Teis Knuthsen to Speak at World Family Office Forum Europe 2026

Teis serves as Chief Investment Officer for Financial Investments at Kirk Kapital, as well as CEO of its regulated asset management arm. He oversees diversified portfolios across all major asset classes, including private markets, with a focus on preserving and growing capital across generations.

Kirk Kapital is one of Denmark’s leading multi-family offices, centred on the Kirk Johansen family, descendants of Ole Kirk Kristiansen. With roots tied to one of the world’s most iconic family business success stories, the firm has evolved into a sophisticated long-term investment platform serving both family and external capital.

Teis joined Kirk Kapital in 2017 and has played a key role in its continued professionalisation, including the development of its regulated asset management structure and expansion as a benchmark-setting Nordic family office.

He brings decades of prior experience from senior leadership roles at Nykredit Asset Management, Saxo Privatbank A/S, SEB, Danske Bank, and First Chicago Capital Markets.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Teis also serves on the boards of Lindenstone and SDG Invest, and advises AkademikerPension.

At the forum, Teis will share insights on multi-generational capital stewardship, portfolio construction across market cycles, and how family offices can combine long-term discipline with modern institutional standards.
