We are pleased to announce that Raymond Tan, CEO of Luen Thai Holdings Limited, will join the speaker line-up for the 7th Annual World Family Office Forum | Asia 2026, taking place on 15–16 October 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
Raymond brings more than four decades of experience in the fashion and lifestyle manufacturing industry. As CEO of Luen Thai Holdings Limited, he leads a global organisation with close to 40,000 employees across more than 10 countries, with a focus on sustainable shared success through innovation, digitalisation, automation and sustainability.
His work extends well beyond business. Raymond is Chairman and Co-founder of the TSL Football Foundation, which uses football to create opportunities for young people, marginalised communities, the elderly and people with special needs. The foundation's initiatives span Hong Kong, the Philippines, Cambodia and China.

Impact and Purpose: Capital with Intent

The panel will examine how families can approach philanthropy, sustainability initiatives and impact investing, while ensuring that the deployment of capital remains aligned with long-term family values and priorities.
The discussion will explore questions including how families can choose the right approach to impact, evaluate social, environmental and financial outcomes, avoid impact-washing, and integrate purpose-driven capital into broader family governance and investment strategies.
Raymond will be joined on the panel by William Louey, Non-Executive Director of Kowloon Motor Bus, with Angel Chia, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Academy for Wealth Legacy, serving as moderator.
Together, the panel will bring perspectives from family business, philanthropy and wealth legacy to an important conversation about how capital can be deployed with greater intention and purpose.
